Great place to eat and drink unbelievable value for money

Simply excellent. Such a lovely place to take friends, so warm and so welcoming. Not only was it so good but the staff were so kind and helpful. Perhaps the toilets were a little surprise given that all other aspects stood out so well.

We came here last night (Saturday 18th may) for a hen doo. We were cocktail making, the staff were absoultely brilliant,(Graham and James)They really looked after us. The manager even made sure we all got in a taxi home ok. Can't fault it. The food was absoultely amazing too. Would highly recommend

A lovely place, the setting and decor are beautiful. I came here with family for lunch and it was kind of busy. Definitely a good place for group settings, drinks and night out

I always come here for a night out when I’m in York as it is a great place to come for drinks and a boogie! The atmosphere is great and they play a good variety of music. Special shout out and a big thank you to the door staff Nav and Tosh who helped me out when I lost my friend, they arranged to get my phone charged and made sure I got home safely!

Drinks were a touch pricey but the atmosphere was great, and the music was brilliant!

Nice place and setting. The only problem was the service was quite slow and we had to squeeze round other people's tables to get to ours. The food is quite pricey for what it is

Excellent cocktails and food, I visited whilst attending a private hire event. Very lovely venue.

Dropped in for dinner on a Thursday night and we were some of the only people there. Pleasant staff and better than average service made for a nice evening. Food was better than average pub food, nice small menu helping to keep it simple but with a good selection to choose from. Drinks menu is out of this world, more cocktails and other drinks than you can begin to imagine along with good beers on tap. Definitely the place to come for drinks. Disappointed we couldn't use a tastecard as we hadn't booked in advance (as per the conditions) but you feel a bit silly asking to book when there is no one else in the place so their rigid adherence to this was a shame and cost a star on the review.

Lively place. I attended a function there. Food was excellent. Some banging tunes and a really good vibe.

Love Biltmore, not the cheapest of places but such a cute place and good cocktails, can always find a seat and good atmosphere. After a minor incident beginning of last month the managers couldn't be more helpful if they tried and were very lovely about it. Also, recently my friend's phone was missing and a barman had found it and was keeping it safe for her which was very much appreciated. Gutted our work do we had booked here in a fortnight has been postponed but am looking forward to returning

Really great classy looking place . i had the burger with pulled pork and my wife had the 8oz steak both were awesome .The burger was really tasty the best iv had in years really enjoyed it .😁

This is what we call posh Bar, in my opinion expensive. Cheapest pint over £5 nice cocktails good house music. Food served all day till 10 pm. Place Shuts at 2 am. Alright for parties, couples and mates.

Had lunch here and the food was perfectly good. It's obviously more tailored towards drinkers than eaters, and it needs a couple more staff to speed up the service. It was busy though and kids were welcome.

Really quiet when we were there around 5pm on a Thursday afternoon. Great cocktails which were 2 for 1. We liked it that much we stayed for a few and we had a quiet booth that fit 5 of us in with ease. The tables weren't clean when we got there but when we brought it to the managers attention she did it straight away.

Worth going at happy hr. Drinks a bit expensive. Still a good night

My friend won afternoon tea and champagne here. Was so nice. Afternoon tea was amazing especially the cakes. We certainly made a night if it. Thank you

Great bar lovely atmosphere but awful bar staff. Rude arrogant and flat beer.

Great food and service

Too many people in here but that was the only down side. Great music, bar staff were quick, loved my espresso martini. Had great fun!
